What makes a man healthy?
Many things. Maintaining a healthy weight, regular physical activity and healthy eating are just a few.
Others include limiting alcoholic drinks to no more than two per day and staying away from tobacco. Among the many benefits for those who quit tobacco are decreased carbon monoxide in the blood, as well as decreased heart rate and blood pressure.
